MF 2640 Hooking reverse plough ?

Hi, I'm new here. This is probably the most basic basic question there is, but here it goes.

Can someone explain the couplings signs in this MF 2640 and how they work ?? See photo.

And also how to hook a reverse plough's hydraulic hoses to this tractor.

I tried hooking to the "+" and "-" couplings, but the plough does not rotate.
I have a 3 furrow Huard 365 plough.

Thanks in advance,

first thing you use the pair either on the right or left they could be set on single acting not double the easiest way to find out is put a coupler without a pipe in the them and see if oil comes out when you pull or push the lever let us know what happens

Thank you masseybreaker,

So the problem was the hydraulic cylinder on the reverse plough (3 furrow Huard 365), not the tractor, the o rings on the hydraulic cylinder were gone, after replacing everything went back to normal.
