Mf 2640 steering and clutch problem

Hi I have a 2640 and I can't get oil up to the clutch master cylinder also the steering is sticky as if it's drawing air any help appreciated

That is all on the low pressure side , Filter is on the left hand side , is the bypass light coming on ?, are the hyd working

Hyd working steering wheel light is on no other light but that might be working

ours used to do this a bit was improved lots by replacing o rings on suction pipe in back end if you take plate off by hyd filter you will see the pipe.

still did it a bit this the whole filter housing wanted dismantling and re sealing, i bypassed it with a pip straight out of bottom and it was perfect obviously did not leave this in as it would bypass the filter.
