MF 3 baler- packer removal

This may be more appropriate in the classic machinery section but it's still in use!
We need to remove the packer to change some bearings.
We cannot get to the side bearing, against the pick up reel.
Any tips gratefully received.

same number baler but mine is younger than that, think it came out of the Droningberg factory.
Anyway, problem solved, found a burr on a runner that was stopping the plunger coming forward, to the position to remove the inside bearing which then allowed it out backwards. 2 bearings shot, a couple a bit wobbley, 1 tight so will change them all.
many thanks.
