Something I saw on another site and it does make a difference to my old tractor and sawbench , I put a small amount ,200-1 ratio of red universal 2 stroke oil in diesel to make up for reduced sulphur
Mf 35 4 Cylinder oil ???

These engines will smoke if not worked hard
As said give her a good run out pulling a load up hills a several mile run out under hard graft or a soil engaging implement for a day working
You could rebuild it but chances of it glazing again are quite certain
You could get your pump and injectors serviced reconditioned
Have you cleaned the air filter out ?
If it starts really well from cold the chances are it's had the head doctored which gives more smoke when it's running
If its standard they do run smokey as they're not direct injection like other cleaner direct injection engines
Do you have to sniff it from cold this also could be a reason why it runs smokey
