MF 35X Ongoing Restoration and Questions

Well, oil filter assembly sanded down, given a treatment of FE-123 followed by Bonda Primer and then two coats of Stoneleigh Grey, fitted back onto the tractor and 6 litres of 20w-50 added, resulting in a tractor that now works and can be used, finally!

At least, once the top surface of the newly dug and laid driveway goes on so that I can get it out of the shed - hopefully tomorrow.

Oh, and if anyone out there is interested, maybe in the future, who knows, but I found that the AC-Delco bolt-on-top filters were fitted to the 35X too, but at some point late in their production it seems that a change was made to the Tecalemit filter assembly with bolt underneath, which seems to be what the 135s had from the start. Trivial stuff I know.
