MF 390 stuck in 4 WD ( electro/hyd engage)

As above,is there a fuse in electric connection, or is it the solenoid , made up of the coil and the valve gone wrong ( unit complete MF part no “3597161M93)?
Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

Is the brake switch keeping it in 4wd? Does it come out when you get above 15kph or when you go faster? If it's still in 4wd then it would point to the solonoid activating the 4wd being buggered

Remove the plug on the solenoid and check for power with tractor running handbrake off and 4wd turned off. If there is power then its your coil or valve if no power its an electrical issue.

take the solenoid out the piston can seize up you should be able to push it in and out
