MF 4345 assister ram

Hi all, what is the part number for the assister ram for the above tractor? What other Massey's shared the same part?

is for the 28mm ram.
3816128M91
is for the 20mm ram.
Or for a twin ram set up it could be two of the top one or two of 3773720M92 which are 40mm...
They seem to be unique to the 42/43 series. The 300 series have different rams again and anything with the Gima backends only used external rams for the lift anyway.
