the arms wont move. The lock light is not on when the ignition is switched on suggesting there is no power there however there is power to the control box under the switches so i guess the computer that controls the arms is at fault can i reset this or is it a dealer job? thanks

If I can remember there is under the left side of the cab hydraulic valves which have rubber buttons on them by the rear bell housing , these should work the arms without power if needed , I also think it might just be a simple fuse gone , cannot remember if there is one under the console or not have a look in your Manual , there might be a fuse by the starter and a couple more in front of the rad

Thanks i will look for the buttons by the bell housing in the morning.I checked the fuses on the side of the dash, in the front cowl and on the starter they were all ok and checked for power at various places all seemed ok

Look under the console which has the depth control draft control console and switch , I am sure the one for power to that console is under there somewhere on that side

If you take the console off there is a blade fuse very low down if you stick your hand down the inside, bit awkward to get too though unless you take the side plastic bit off

Same happened to mine so left the fuse hanging out when putting the panel back on so in view all the time - must admit mine has a few oddities , ferting today the pto would kick out 2 or 3 times and refuse to engage unless turned off for 10 + mins - no fuses gone or loose wires - gave it a good pressure wash lunchtime and was fine for the rest of the day !!!

I really like the old thing but it has its electrical probs .When i bought it the dynashift only had A and D but I soon found a trapped wire under the computer. The pto has the odd fit but has been ok all winter flailing. For me it is really comfortable more so than my more modern tractor ( claas )
