Slippage in the power shuttle. all hydraulic and pto work.when i try setting off it rocks forward like its trying to move but that’s all.ive had gages on the test ports and pressures good forward and reverse.has anyone had this problem ?

There is 2 epicyclic units in the back of the Dyna 6 unit that are connected by a gear bolted onto one of them.
These bolts will be sheared causing your issue.
You'll need to take the front part of the gearbox out and remove the f/r clutch packs.
The epicyclic units are attached to the front of them.
Hope this makes sense

Good work, well done to the TFF who knew the issue.
Assuming it's a common problem?
As Speedstar said its a result to actually find a fault.
Shame the hubs so scored though.

It’s always good to get advice from someone who has had the same problem.it would be annoying taking half the tractor apart to find nothing or you’ve taken lots apart That wasn’t needed.just shows the benefit of forums

Welding is worth a go if you can turn it yourself, but distortion will be a problem. I would advise you address the groove (I.e. don’t put back as is) so the bolts are in pure shear rather than shear and bending.
