Ok. Error code has come up. Dealer says it's low fuel pressure. So change ed the fuels and made no difference. Anyone else has this problem
. Is there a filter on the end of the suction pipe that needs cleaning. All advice please .

its possibly a fuel starvation problem, you should have a water trap filter.Take the pipe off that comes from the fuel tank & blow down that with the fuel cap off & if its clear you will hear bubbles in the tank.

on the filter end of this hose is a banjo bolt in the fitting, remove this & check its clear.

other than that its normally the electric fuel pump becoming weak, you should hear the fuel pump change note as you bleed the fuel filters & they become pressurised. if the note doesn't change the pump is knackered.

Could just be water in the sensor at the bottom of the fuel filter. Pull it off, shake off any moisture and squirt of WD40 usually does the trick (error code usually comes up after pressure washing!)

thinking about it I have had one with a relief valve in the rail jammed open with a very small piece of what looked like wire. could not remove it & had to fit a new valve.
mostly been the debris in the banjo bolt or a worn out pump.

The tractor also goes in to limp mode for about 5seconds every minute and only revs to 1500rpm. Then she will rev up and off she goes. Pain in the arse on road work
Got your problem , I have changed the pump and filters went off and a few hours the code comes up , what was the problem with yours ?

I think the problem got worse. In the end the tractor stopped. Oil had come down the electric wires from the rocker cover into the ecu. Stuffing up the ecu. If I was you pull the Leeds off going into the ecu just to check there dry. The oil was making her throw up the error codes.

Hi did you ever find the problem after? Mine is doing the same error 94 and 9150 think I let it run low on fuel. Blew back the fuel lines took apart the fuel filter housing couldn't find any dirt replaced the two filters drone it again error 94 stopped coming on but when you put it under a heavy load error 9150 comes back up and looses power it's getting starved of fuel. Is there any other inline filter hidden somewhere?

9150 is the rail pressure relief valve.
As mentioned it will have a tiny bit of debris trapped and then leaks under load.
Thanks I forgot to take that out and clean it most of them have a little gauze on the end of it so hopefully it's just dirty I'll try that today.

I checked the fuel pressure regulator there was no little gauze on it. But I did notice that the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail was broken the plastic housing where the electrical connection goes on and it actually broke as I was taking it out. Rang the main dealer they wanted €300 for it so I just ordered the genuine Bosch sensor online it's the same sensor in a lot of diesel engines for €120. So that should be here next week I'll let ye know if that fixes it.
