Check adjustment of the pedal, make sure it isn't hitting the stop before its fully contacting the top switch, The module shown in the attached pic bypasses the bottom switch and that code is for the top, I'm also pretty sure they won't work right on a tier 2 due to clutch pedal calibration being automatic and requiring both switches but could be wrong as I've never tried.

Thank`s every one for that but the problem has now got a hole lot worse. Started her up this morning to find gear stick was solid and won`t go in gear while engine is running. So rang dealer two hours latter fitter arrives and he started her up and leaned on gear stick in neutral and she shot backwards into mill, at which point he got on his phone to the workshop and then announced they are taking it in on Monday. So probably won`t see it again this side of Christmas as my other big tractor has only just come back earlier last week after being in the same dealers for the last four months having a new clutch put in.
Like i said before many thank`s for your help. :grumpy:

Could be a hydraulic pump or damper spline issue as they present the same clutch symptoms?

so that would explain why it's been a bee to start then, if it been bragging the clutch or gear box then. the most aggravating thing is the dealers have known about the er code for the past three months and have not come up with anything or done anything about it just hope its not in for as long as the other one was.
