Anyone know why it's just started blowing? Can't see in the parts book if there's gaskets, I'm thinking not, and if not originally are there some available later for when this happens?
Dealer is looking into it, just thought I'd test the forums knowledge :D

Usually have gaskets, studs will be delicate so proceed with caution ..........
I know most things have gaskets, but also know some things don't. Like a lot of cat stuff. have a funny feeling this is the same. I'll get my mechanic man to help me do it if I can fit gaskets, be quicker.

We have case Cvx 195 with Sizu engine no gaskets in exhaust manifold. Got manifold planed in machine shop when she started to blow and it stopped the problem.

Made my own gaskets, all studs changed for new although they all undone
It had been put together with some sort of paste, the faces were not machined flat, still dimpled cast. . But of a bodge if you ask me.

By far the worst but was the casting that joined the two heads decided to start leaking water for some unknown reason. Maybe tightening the manifold made it move, who knows.
But it did mean another trip to the dealer for a new gasket.
But eventually it's all done and ready to rock tomorrow.
