You mean it only does this when its in either direction on tickover yeah not neutral i hope? what preset speed is the left hand display showing? you can set that to whatever you likeHi, my first time here, all the way from Norway, sorry if bad english, will do my best ))
Problem...my 7480 always run at 0,3km on idle backwards regardless of whether it is in forward of reverse, grateful for advice.
what does it do in joystick mode?Yes it do it only when the left hand handle is in forward or reverse, not in neutral, display is set to zero/0km.
I use most pedalmode.
I can use the left hand controll and adjust it to stand still, but when i start the tractor next time it do this 0,3km thing agein, can it help to calibrate the transmision ?
7480 will be vario probably just needs calibratedDyna 6?symptoms you describe are from a failed power shuttle, very possible the clutches are burned out ..
I don't know about the massey but on a fendt with the same transmission you don't need a computer for calibration done by entering codes in dashboard will be a sequence to go through including calibration of throttle pedal ectGFA..corect this is not Dyna 6, it is vt transmission.
Do i need serviceman with pc/computer to calibrate or is it possible to do it myself ?
I am impessed of you guys, many reply/answers and good help very quicly ))
i'll try n look at my ops book in the 99 later it could be in there but ive seen a page iam sure with CAL written in the screen somewhereIf someone know how to do that i would be very thankfull !
Was going say I’ve got it on a email somewhere aswell makes a big difference to themI'll pm you the calibration
If possible get a operation manual for it there are lots of things to learnCan also mention that the tractor is in good condition, but it also feels a bit weak / gears "strange" in the slopes, in pedal mode it will not accelerate as I think it should, it will not go all the way up to 2000rpm and does not increase speed as I do you think it should, in power mode with only a snow blower of 900kg hanging on the traction arms, it should go straight up at full speed / 54km without problem?
Should there be a "kick down" function when the accelerator pedal is pressed to the bottom? or is that how vt transmission is? can it be a calibration that is needed here as well? the tractor is in very good condition, very quiet inside the cabin, zero transmission noise. It has always had all oil changes at the correct intervals from new, but does not know if the transmission is calibrated. Bought this tractor because it is a tractor that has had the same owner since it was new.
Anyone who has experienced that these vt tractors have been "weak" in the slopes and found a reason for it?
On flat roads it goes quickly up to 54km.
It has normal smoke from the exhaust to the engine running fine.
This is my first tractor with stepless transmission so need some advice / hear how it should behave.
Thanks for advice ☺
can you not share on here for posterity, really handy for others searchingI'll pm you the calibration
Sorry i missed you, in stick mode it not move like that before i activate/move the stick, i use only pedal mode, feel i hqve best controll then ))what does it do in joystick mode?
soz wasnt near the tractor but driving it tomorrow & if your not sorted i'll look in the manual.Sorry i missed you, in stick mode it not move like that before i activate/move the stick, i use only pedal mode, feel i hqve best controll then ))
