We run Kubotas and always use Kubota oil when in warranty. Just worry that if we had a major fault they might analyse the oil to get out of paying.

I think the Agco oils for the MF and Valtra are supplied by Morris oils in Agco branded tins. Most oils today are ok as long you are using the correct specs and are serviced when recommended.

As said above but the correct oil for it weather it is in a agco barrel or not no of a neighbour who went to local dealer to get back end oil for his 7718 told them it was 70 quid to dear for the barrel but multipurpose in it overheated the backend bill is thousands for parts alone never mind labour 70 quid would have been cheap I don't like paying over the odds either but be careful

So long as genuine parts and filters are used and correct spec of oil that has type approval they can not void warranty no matter what brand oil you used.

Oil manufacturers pay big money for manufactures type approval.
Approval is not the same as meets or exceeds so and so spec!

We only stocked Morris oil at LB. If I can remember correctly they used to stock Castrol at head office. I remember getting a bollocking off Bruce for stocking different oil to them, he sent some Castrol down but no one would buy it as it was more expensive that the Morris oils. The good old friendly service manager got wind of that and ended up getting fitters to use my oils whenever they were out doing services in my area:joyful:
