MF 8s

ive heard anyone who got one ordered before xmas got some v keen prices but its all changed since new year & brexit & nowt much dearer
if a comparable Fendt is no dearer then even me the die hard massey man would have to really look at the greens iam afraid.
Seeing Masseys biggest issue is resale value of which fendt leads the tractor market in that dept.
depends how you see it really ! one make with a pretty much bullet proof engine or the deemed must have with a poorer engine

I have order a 8S.225 (around 20/3 i get it) i switch in my 7620 Dyna VT EX(2015 - 2950h) and I pay in the zone of 50-55K€. I have had a 8S.265 on demo (the only model my dealer have) and we have MF since 3 generation, and this new one i think is the best theme have ever made. I really like the 3000 serien that was something no one had made at that time, but this one are something i never think i should experience.

i dont disgree id rather have a SISU engine over a Deutz one but that doesnt seem to affect there used values does it.
Massey would be far better on there own & not being sold from same dealers who sell the greens thats Masseys trouble
i have no issues with them using diff versions of fendts Vario box afterall there all owned by the same mothership

5 years in development so they tell us.
and from launch they couldnt offer a vario trans? why? there is plenty available to suit that HP bracket? AGCO owns the sister company that makes the bloody things

Because the AGCO Vario transmission is due a revision and they want Fendt to have exclusive use of it for a period. They have two new high specification transmissions for you to choose straight away. If you must have a CVT then you either wait a while or buy another brand. Simple.
