Can anyone help I need the numbers off the chopper belts on a Massey Ferguson 30 combine. I have the part numbers but need the numbers on the belts. Part numbers are D41942200 and D41978400. Thanks Phil

Genuine only have the part numbers.
They're embedded into them.

From my AGCO days, and as mentioned, removing some concave wires was a good fix for this problem on Dronny machines. But as you well know, conditions always vary with variety, season and weather....:scratchhead:

Tryed that years ago local belt supply cross ref numbers and got us some belts half price .they didn't last verry long .standard v belts are not as tough as combine belts.unless you can find some heavy duty ones

opened it up to 7 to ease the straw flow as it was smashing, it was worse on 5 as per book

I don't appear to have a N and no recommendations on the data screen, all out of the book for settings - 04 plate machine

Drove a 40rs years ago that had the same problem. It came down to the concave not being level on both sides. Somewhere in the book it said you should set the concave to a certain number and check there is an 8mm clearance between it and the drum. You can adjust the concave to level it up. Solved the problem for me. Before that it was shovelling grain out the back.
