Mf gps question

What does the little steering wheel do on the implement screen in the attached photo? As usual the book that came with the tractor bears no relation at all to what is on the screen

The above is specifically important if the autosteer is set to drive the implement to the steer path. I believe it is the same now for MF and Valtra as it has been previously for Fendt, you can choose if the tractor follows the contour path or if the tractor makes the implement follow the contour line (makes no difference for A/B-lines, except shortly when starting a bit off the line).

I believe a very rare feature but important if e.g. drilling with a trailed implement and spraying with a mounted sprayer.

Thanks for the replies and sorry I have not replied sooner.

That makes sense although I will have to find out why there is a manual and automatic mode...? By the sounds of it you would either have it on or off wouldn't you?
