MF online parts books

Anyone actually gained access to the phantom parts system? My dealer doesn't have a clue and has failed to get customers on the system. According to the MF website all that is needed the customer's end is to download the app and get a login name and password from the dealer who should register it with the AGCO system. Sounds simple enough, but apparently it's either not functional or my dealer staff are a bit dim or there's some other issue. Zero training of staff by AGCO UK on the system might not help, but surely something like this, which many of us get our heads around on almost a daily basis, shouldn't be beyond the capability of this brand or its franchises.
So what's going on? Has anyone any tips as to what my dealer or AGCO/MF are doing wrong or not doing?

Don’t know why it needs the dealer code etc, in the era of cloud computing etc it should be simple to maintain the catalogues and saves time and frustration at the parts department if you can just quote numbers as some places I have been to trying to describe to store man what you are looking for is like talking in Latin.

Working away on the laptop fine with me just yesterday and this morning. I registered a few years ago with Clark and Pulman. Forgot my password at one time and couldn't get back in.Re-registered with them again and no real problems since. The odd time the site may be down but presumably it's for maintenance and it usually is back the next day.
I can access it to a point, through the phone internet but have to use Firefox to get in so far but then there's no display of part numbers or pictures so that's useless. Chrome won't even recognise it as a website on the phone. Did have an AGCO app on the phone but it didn't work and is now deleted!!

App works just fine here. Been using it for 7 or 8 years I reckon. Got dealer to register me and away we went

I asked the same dealer several times for the log in details..but they never got back to me, even though I bought the main tractor new off them . Got the log in details off Chandler's a few years ago, but they've now expired. Most probably our local dealer doesn't want us getting easy access to the part numbers... As with correct part numbers, and Google. A lot of money can be saved.

I'm on same login for 8 year they changed the login page a bit back.

Do you use the system?
If you do you will know that one has to contact your dealer to get a password etc .
The appalling thing is when the dealer does not do their bit,as some TFF members have already said
Seems some dealers need a good rollicking from the AGCO personal who are in charge of dealer to customer care service.
I had an login for about 8 year

Why the need for a login at all?

New Holland/Case, Kuhn, Amazone, Trima, JF/ konskilde/NH, Claas(no part numbers) are ones I have used in the last few months with no login or faffing about.

Some are better than others and on occasion its a pdf of old parts books, but thats fine for me if its an old machine.
Sometimes its just useful to get the exploded diagram.

Edit: just remembered I had to create an account on the Kuhn site and tell them my machines, no dealer involved though.

I think that's possible but the storeman up here told me that he'd tried to get a login name and password for someone else last year, possibly you [?], and didn't get anywhere. He said it just didn't work. It could be that he's been 'discouraged' from giving access but I think they are a bit clueless about this. Even so, I can't help thinking that it just can't be that hard to do, especially as there are several people here that do have access.
Someone somewhere needs a good shaking.
