MF tractor air brakes-fluid reaction valve

wagon brakes were working perfect the other day in that they would come on with the slightest press of the tractor brake pedals and the wagon would do 90% of the braking
now the brakes work but the wagon and tractor are braking together and by the time the wagon brakes kick in your doing an emergency stop
i've bled all the tractors hydraulic brakes and theres no difference and am wondering if the fluid reaction valve is adjustable or can strip and clean it?
hand brake works perfect too

No we haven't. To be honest I didn't realise there was an adjuster there. We have been to and fro with new holland about this since buying the tractors. It's the same on all three t7235s. We swapped our old ones in having never had an issue and then from day one the trailer braking got worse. It used to be the trailer would pull us up now it's putting more pressure on the tractor.

First thing to do would be put a pressure gauge on the yellow coupling to see what you're getting?

If it's a Tractair system, I must be a miracle to have worked properly in the first place:cry:(n)

It's a black knob behind the cab or that is where it is on the T7s we've had. On the T7.200 it was turned right down and the tractor was doing the same as yours is I turned the pressure up and it was fine. If I knew how to put pictures up off my phone I would but if you want a picture pm me and I will send one.

The first stage of the fendt air brakes works off the brake lamp switch which is normally enough to stop my low loader.
If it is the same on your MF switch ignition on and press the brake pedal you should hear the solenoid working
Check your brake lamp too

Would that be the solinoid/valve on the red pipe in the second pic(my first post) that drops down from the FRV?
