Happy with my trelleborgs at 3600 hours.

Won't be paying 8k for a replacement set.

Has anyone used Firestone Maxi Traction? Or is it best to avoid Firestones altogether? Last set we had was in 2006 and couldn’t get them off the tractor quick enough. Surely they’ve improved since then?

Looks like its seen some flint , ,
have got on well with mitas ,
and have two sets of mich on ,
and a set of bkt 😥😥😥 always go down very slowly , even changed rims ,and had them blasted and painted , and bllody things still go down , ,tractor may only do 4/500:hrs a year ,and every time you go to it ,one tyre is soft
Funnily enough I have thr same problem... feeder tractor in for its weekly top up of air

Mitas are making tyres the same as the old continental and are supplied on some new tractors so arent a budget tyre,id say more middle of the road. Budget would be more like ceat, ozka, gri and tianli.
I probably not the only one who is weary of the Mitas tyres which are (or appear to be) rebranded Continentals, after having sidewall issues.

My trelleborg at 6000hrs

Had to change the fronts as one had cracks in the side wall. Old man was cursing them for cracking with tread left on, but i didn't think they had done too bad to get to 6k hrs. If they had worn out completely at 5000hrs he probably wouldn't have said owt. Changed them for bkts as couldn't get hold of any trelleborg ones last summer.

Always amazed at the difference in peoples experiences with the same brand tyre.

Mine are tm700 if that makes a difference. Nobody rushed out to buy them when they were pirelli, but I see there are pirelli tyres for sale again now but different design
