Anyone running above mentioned tyre? Looking at changing my JD 6430 and see on spec sheet i can have these in a 650 cheaper than trelleborg 600 tyre, used to run xm108's years ago and was a fantastic tyre, will be doing fert/spraying and drilling, won't be doing hardly any road work either

I have an NH T7030 on 710/42", and rate them, they barely mark the ground *when set at the correct pressure*. They take XM108 performance to the next level, if that makes sense.

A couple of things I will say: to get the best out of them you need to drop the pressures to the axle weight listed on the chart, i.e. 6psi for rolling, or you won't get the full benefit of using them. At the other end of the scale, you need to be aware that the maximum axle load is a bit limiting, our 5 furrow reversible is just under the limit at the maximum pressure of 14.5 / 15 psi, ditto most 'trio-esque' cultivators will be at the top end too.
Carting grain is an experience similar to playing 'slap and tickle' on a water bed. It feels a little unsettling at first, but you soon get used to it. Assuming that you're using decent trailer tyres then you won't leave a mark on soft stubbles, which I really like.

You'll need to borrow a weigh bridge for your axle weights for each implement and keep a note of them, and you'll need to educate the drivers that they cant just leave them at 25psi all year round. If they can't be bothered to change pressure between jobs, then just buy standard tyres.

I should add that I've also had a couple of tractors on Trelleborg 650 x 38", ('Traxion Plus' iirc) and they're a good tyre, but not in the same league as the Xeobib. I wouldn't touch 600 or narrower, not when 650 fits in a furrow easily, 710 is tight.

best bit of ag tech in the last 10 years IMO

they are brilliant - if you like xm108's you will love these, they move the game on

we are rarely above 6psi - even pulling trailers at speed

It'll only be me using it so adjusting the pressures for each job won't be a problem, like the idea of them on our soft ground
Since they stopped 108's I've been trelleborg and haven't had a problem but just like the idea of these, remember having a set of 108's on a 6420s in 2002 and when she left the farm in 2008 the original tyres were still on and it was approaching 7000hrs,the next owner got a couple seasons use out of them too!!

YES!!!! Why is this? Can be pretty horrendous sometimes!
Agree about what said above. Very good tyres buy have found they have worn quite a lot in 3000 hrs.
A friend of mine has a mf 7618 with them and you think the axle is gonna snap we put wheels of a new tractor on it and it's fine no banging then brought Michelin to the party and they say the original wheels are ok its the tractor. What tractor do you have them on?
