Micro granular fert applicator

Looking for the above to mount on a OSR drill. Research so far suggests not all small seed applicators are suitable for fert as the dust gets into all the small gaps and ultimately burns the motors out….. any suggestions ?. Thanks

Speak to chafer. They supply the Horstine products. They are very good for micro fert. @Chafer Bernie

Are you mixing the fert into the main seed air flow or putting it down independent pipes into the coulters or onto the surface? what sort of drill are you fitting it too?

there are 3 main companies to Chafer / Horstine, Stocks, or Techneat

Which ever you get, specify stainless steel flutes/feed rollers, any other material will be worn away in no time with fert.

APV produce a range of fertiliser applicators alongside their range of seeders too. If electric fans are a concern then a hydraulic driven option may be better.

if horstine boxes what do nemathorin would handle product
got 6 boxes on a frame here
if it will work £150
was going to use it for small seeds in game strips but got another stocks
will take a pic when go back in 2 hours or so
