Mid tier claim and capital works

We have applied for a mid tier scheme and been accepted along with a capital works grant. I’ve put in wild bird seed, gs4 grass leys and sw6. So my question is with the sw6 or in other words winter cover crop I’ve put 40 ha on the application I understand this is a maximum but my rotation have changed since then and with my field sizes and trying to block up a bit it would suit me to put 32 ha in this year! Would this be an issue obviously I know we won’t get paid for it but would it affect anything else or would they have a problem with it?

You will be fine just as long as you dont claim for any more than you actually plant
Thanks I thought that was the case but I’m not sure where the line is before they think they are not getting their value for the capital works if that makes sense
