Started my revenue claim middle of April, looked at the list of evidence required, some was on request, whilst soil sample, nutrient plan etc to be sent in with the claim.
Got back onto the claim today, only to see ALL the evidence required has moved to ‘on request’. Anyone else had this? Will be interesting to see if I get an email saying I haven’t included xyz, or they will contact me asking for xyz.

Did one claim for a client last year, it said 'on request' so they then asked for photos and sent them in. Did a second capital claim and generated the evidence report, all items said N/A so didn't send any photos and then they sent an email which said I should have sent them. Sent them in - and a copy of the evidence report - paid out OK but something isn't working properly somewhere.

Having dealt with these sort of things for too many years now, in most cases, the person claiming has to keep the records, take photos, whatever anyway just in case it is requested.

My take, is to to send it to them anyway. Scan hardcopy documents and attach any computer generated files and bury them in "paperwork".
