Mid Tier Packs

How long do these take to arrive? I rang NE about 8 weeks ago to order one and still nothing.

Will ring again tomorrow, just wondering if they send them out in batches or something?

Email and paper copy arrived within a week of asking, although I did have a go last year, so maybe had all they needed already .

Been told that they now have a backlog of 1600 application packs to send out for Mid Tier ( up from 800 five weeks ago )

What did they used to say..........you get nothing for a matching pair.............not in this game.

Just this second got of the phone to them, my pack is ready to be sent out but has not been and they cant say when it will be!!

NE do not seem to be the most efficient organisation I've ever come across. They're always helpful when I call them, and friendly etc., but they have people writing out envelopes with addresses by hand as they don't have permission to change the template letters and suchlike. I get the impression it's very hierarchical and the general staff are not allowed to make any decisions about anything, whilst the management are absent.

Meanwhile on local radio there are adverts telling everyone they can update their working family tax credits online and tax demands that have to be met by a certain date or they come round for your knee caps.
Public sector can do it if they want, just in our case they do not want.
Don't know how they sleep straight in their beds.

This is doubly pleasing as it is taken from data from our recent BPS submission which means they have the right fields there too!

Unbelievable so your pack is ready to send, I take that to mean that it's in an envelope and addressed. Just how difficult is it to put it in the bag of mail that the postman collects from an office like that?

Nope.

Looked at it worked it all out threw it all out apart from the organic part.


Be aware that if your area is subject to remote sensing(satellite) your application will be completely different to the legal pack.
I had feilds missing fields split areas changed field numbers altered.

That took as long if not not longer to sort a it took to do the original application
