Does anyone know if you apply for an item on the capital grants that requires planning permission, i.e. Trackway, slurry store; do you need full planning to get the application passed or will they pass your application on the proviso you get planning permission before work takes place? Gonna ring planners tomorrow to see if planning is required but getting a bit late to get full planning done now before the entry closes that's all.

Was told on Tuesday that you apply for the grant first. Obviously if you don't get the PP you can't do the work and therefore can't claim the grant.
