Ring them - we were the same eventually came a couple of weeks ago the deadline to apply for this years payent was last monday - presumably they will waive this for you - can't see them not making an offer as it is undersubscribed - and even once offers are made it seems like people aren't taking them up as they are so onerous on paperwork - good luck !
Thought I read somewhere on here, that the deadline had been extended by a month. It says so on NE website.

I have weak moments, when I consider asking for another application pack, after telling them to stick this year's application. Then I come back to this thread and come to my senses.
Severn Trent water have a grant scheme , STEPS, and they have agreed to fund £5k of margins, without half the fuss. Letter came, saying let us know when you've done it, send some pics and we will pay. They did this last year, funding £5k of fencing and new water pipe.

On the plus side I do now have (at least) one yellow rattle plant. Which is nice.

Its a bit worrying hearing that people are not getting paid on time/schedule. How have anyone found it to be claiming for capital works? Are they any good at paying for that side of it?

We started Jan 17.

Whilst they haven't paid us any of the annual payment, they have paid for the capital works on time, each time we have put a claim in.

Woo-hoo - today I got notification they’ve paid for the 2nd half of 2016. Party on!

I was told that my payment will be by the end of the month............still waiting with a day to go...........and that was for last years payment that was due in January to March !

The January to June payment was due to be paid by this month also.
