Milk made in laboratories to hit shelves NZ

I guess it's only normal for people to try and replicate nature. It's just the butter vs margarine thing all over again.

Last time I looked most chefs cook with butter.

People forget that nz only produces about 2% of world milk production. So if it gets really messy all fairy farmers should worry. Also can the fake milk be used to make cheese etc?
