If you have moved to a new buyer then the milk price will at least ease the pain . I would not bank on seeing that cash any how to be honest

no its roughly 4ppl better since leaving, I would be amazed if we see the capital, recon they will be long bust b4 then or will have chasnged the rules

Thats an example, they will send us another letter with exact times they not gonna pay us

Gave up 4 years ago, I think it was payments of £2000 or so. It was the same front letter, but a different example table.

If they can't pay for the milk now, what's the point in chasing them for unpaid capital, you'd be better off p1ssing it up the wall than spending on a lawyer. I know I'I never get mine, but I do think the few £000 they fined me for only giving 6 months notice was a bloody good investment. All that would happen is they'd shut up shop if chased for the money, then even more producers would be looking for a buyer.

I see they have put the price increase on protein and butterfat which is a bonus for us (aml) instead of that bloody market related adjustment

A big bonus for those of us producing high solids. It works out as an increase of 1.1ppl for me.
