Long shot I know but can you or someone explain the butterfat protein ratio please. All the others are self explanatory but that’s one I have not come across before. Thanks.

There's an optimum ratio of fat to protein when making cheese, around 1.3 I think.

Theres a payment table. Butterfat along one axis and protien along the other. Depending where your bf/pro meet on the table is the payment you get.

So my bf was 4.6, prot 3.6 so on the table they met at the top paymant band of 1.74ppl.

Yeah, but 1.74 is max payout. Unless its changed, so many things change with it I get confused. At 5.2 and 4.1 i still only get 1.74 ppl

I would imagine it will be a seperate bonus. Paid on September milk so wont know what they do on the statement until mid October.

It will be annoying if roddas use dc in a basket because the 0.5 cant be used as it is not part of the headline price.
