Agreed given our profits this yr we are paying an obscenely low amount of tax this yr. the tax system is crazy and means my tax rate is far lower than my staff. Which in any reasonable society is totally wrong. All our tax system is achieving is concentrating the wealth and fewer and fewer hands.
Don’t suppose you could tell me the name of your accountant please?

I don't recieve any volume bonus with Muller. Don't know what volume they come in! I had 5400litres EOD in October. The butterfat and seosanality bonus will be on top of the 28ppl fixed standard litre and the 29.5ppl normal standard litre. Which has dropped 1ppl for December!!!

Was more the reference about draff lifting fats , but I appreciate if they were sub 3.8 before
I forget sometimes about white water contracts
Personally I think the standard litre ought to be achievable at any litreage

We are far more limited on the feed choices in the more remote areas. The climate is crap so can really only grow grass and feed barley plus transport costs can easily be £40-50/t on everything bought in. Its a bit of a catch 22 as we would struggle to go low cost grazing as the season is too short and buying in litres is very expensive.
