7ppl, ie £70k for your 1million litre producer (I realise that you will be doing a bit more than this) however, if you look at the first milk shares thread, you can get shares for 10p for a £1 share

If they are recruiting and you are in the right area, cant imagine there is much movement milk buyer wise at the moment, where are the meadow/muller guys going to go once their notice period is up?

From what I have been told FM have already recruited more than there target for next 18-24 months. I guess you'll have to be with in spitting distance of a creamery as well as sending milk of a reasonable quality and quantity to have even a sniff of a chance of getting a contract currently

That’s the right way to go though, they look after the members they’ve currently got as more milk will just dilute any profit the company makes.

Problem is the Northern Ireland paddy power will soon sort that when they can’t get milk processed in south be on a boat and sold on spot for cheap cheap

At the moment it is processed in the south then exported back to UK as finished product. Milk coming from NI to mainland should only be a problem if there is not enough processing capacity?

Good point, I think yew tree has Expanded there processing capacity
