Costing a bit those extra litres short of silage so feeding bought in maize which has really helped the litres and the pit

5 litres a head per day up roughly? Must be partly calving pattern that or more cows

30 more cows and up 2/3 litres. Calved a mental amount of cows/heifers jan/feb and kept steady calving. New shed making a big difference

Nope 10 years ago we sold bales cos we bought a wee place and didn’t have the stock to eat them but I don’t think we will ever sell silage ever again

Well I'm down over 20000l a month on this time last year, but I cant remember when the last time I saw a cake lorry, maby November/December

Get some pictures up if you’ve started building work sounds a tidy increase

I never like predicting what they are going to do, early March they started to really kick on then we had bad micotoxins dropped just short of 1000 litres a day, slowly recovered over 2 weeks but still they always have a way of keeping you grounded
