On our basket price we seem to be level with saputo, above Crediton and below arla as a general rule of thumb

Seasonality will kick in next month, so that should wack an extra load of pounds in the bank as long as the girls carry on firing the milk out! Forecast 40000 last month and produced 52000!

We're finding it a bit too, not so much a drop in sales but a few long term customers have stopped coming. Sad reflection on society when people cut back on food expenditure by having lower quality before cutting out other things.

I haven't got a clue at the moment it's all up in the air as since covid hit sales through the winter for the past 2 year have been much higher than normal, so this year all surplus litres january-march litres were paid at 100%
summer (june-october) is paid at 115%on surplus litres
