Looking to swap out our current milk meters due to them being unreliable and costing a fortune for new parts , id be wanting a meter that has minimal moving parts, reliable and relatively maintenance free, anyone running a mill flow meter as I know they have zero moving parts, thanks

Who’s your dealer? And have you a rough idea what they cost per point?

£1000-£1500 including keypad bit, I think, difficult to guess out of a quote for the full job.

I'd go for Delaval Fi7 -no moving parts/ no routine service Can be incorperated into herd management or stand alone. No sampling tho - just use Ambic inline sampler.

Same, generally reliable element of the parlour.

But if having a new parlour I suspect I would not choose Fullwood!
