Mill and mix troubles

Have recently swapped from a separate mill and mix for a combined Fraser m5 mill and mixer
Although in good nick I cant seem to get the tension set on the rollers tho so that it bruises the grain.
Does anyone have a manual for a Fraser m5 mill?
Have tried the usual tightening the springs etc like my old mill but still no joy.
Theres plenty of life in the rollers still with still angood depth on the grooves.

Roller gap? There was only 2 adjustments on our old hunt one, roller gap and spring tension. The rollers don't have a lip on them that is holding them apart allowing whole grain through?
