The Role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced, hands-on professional to assist our small maintenance team and external contractors. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with other mill staff on a shift-based system, ensuring that production and quality is maximised by carrying out a range of pro-active and reactive maintenance procedures, to ensure machinery is operating at peak efficiency to minimise downtime.
The Candidate:
To be successful, you will be able to display knowledge of production equipment and demonstrate experience in a high-pressured environment. You will hold a recognised industrial/commercial electrical qualification, possess good mechanical skills, demonstrate a clear grasp of the realities of working within a busy milling environment and have a sound understanding of health and safety requirements.
