It would be gut wrenching to have to dry corn. Losing money on every bushel.

Also never heard of the guy, so thanks

I never got up that way when I worked in America, one day i'm going do a proper tour.(y)
Such a short growing season where he's based, he talked about they really need some good frosts to start harvest, it just sounds strange, then I guess its a race before they get snow.
Interesting stuff though. That's the best thing about farming everywhere you go its completely different.

He is a good watch. Sense of humor is on point.

I think if I was that far north would be tempted to have at least one crop that was early maturing rather than two late maturing at the same time.

Been following Zach (Millennial Farmer) for about 2 years now. 100k subscribers now and I think he's great for getting farming across to the public! Good sense of humour, well put together videos showing all aspects of farming quite regurlarly, knows what he's talking about, includes his family and isn't afraid to speak his mind. They make great watching!

The guy that Zach was visiting in that video has his own channel. He has a heap of Deere's, some of which are 2wd.
Farming Fixing and Fabricating is the channel.

One US farming you tuber worth watching as he is truly inspirational is Andy Dettwiler "Harmless Farmer". He lost both his arms in a childhood farming accident, manages through sheer determination (you have to see it to believe it) to do most jobs on the family farm but now is fighting oesophageal cancer. He truly deserves a lot of support.

Found Millenial Farmer & Farming Fixing & Fabrication a while back whilst laid up with a slipped disc, really enjoy them, Zac's manner and sense of humour is perfect for presenting his videos.
