Is the Milwaukee FHIW2F12 a good tool to have if one only wants to have one impact wrench?

FHIWF12.

One may only wish to have one impact wrench, but one will end up with 4 impact wrenchs, a torch, impact driver, drill, site radio, coffee maker, jigsaw, mitre saw, various angle grinders, hedge trimmer, strimmer....
