Looking at replacing my Milwaukee compact torque wrench with a high torque one as it’s not man enough for a lot of the jobs i need it for. Swithering between the 1/2 and the 3/4 model pros and cons of both?
I think the high torque 1/2 and 3/4 are the same size bit 3/4 slightly more Welly. Most 1/2" socket sets stop at 32 mm so anything bigger would be better with 3/4. Sockets are a lot cheaper and easier to come by in 1/2". My 1/2" has coped with all wheelnuts of tractors and Manitou so far but that means nothing
Will the screw driver drill as well. What you mention here is what I would like.Impact wrench you mean, although they do do torque wrenches now!
3/4 for wheel nuts
1/2 mid torque for lighter jobs
Impact screw driver with adaptors to 3/8
That's what I have works well for me.

Just got 1/2 mid torque very impressive
Yes 3 ledsThe old shape or the new one with several LED lights all around the anvil?
i like the shape of my old one better than the new shape! others seem very blunt head on them.
Yes 3 leds
not so good for getting bolts close to vertical panel etc
My son just organised a new drill and some sort of torque wrench. The name Milwaukee is on them but so is “Made in PRC” which was rather disappointing to me.
through my experience with millwaukee impacts from new when you put the battery on also use a elastic band to hold the battery against handle. these suffer from a lot of wear and the battery ends up being a lose fit so losing contact my 3/4 gun has been back twice before they finally put a new casing on it. that being said the 3/4 gun is very good mine is constant use in a hgv workshop and roadside as well . in a confined space use ear plugs as well as they do disturb the peace a bit
I have drills for the 3/4 impact gun they are unbelievable good !Will the screw driver drill as well. What you mention here is what I would like.
