As #MindYourHead week is officially underway on lots of social media channels, I thought it was timely to remind everyone that there has been a mental health thread running on TFF for over 6 years. It has given 1000s of farmers the chance to talk to one another and share life stories.
Many of you have contributed to this thread with your own experiences and struggles. Talking is good. So if its been a while since you read some of the thread, then maybe this week gives you a prod to have another look and share your stories and troubles.
Farming is a fantastic, but challenging sector. Its full of kind, generous and resilient people and I have seen first hand the kindness in the above thread. Together we are truly stronger!

My mother lived by a fairly simple set of life rules. "Worry about the things you can change, not what you can`t" "You have two ears & one mouth for a good reason". "If "if`s & and`s" were pots & pans, there would be no need to wash them". Probably took me 40 years to realise she was right. Ha...
