I still think english livestock farmers are looked upon as the poor relation within the nfu and the sacrificial lamb should the nfu need a deal softener with the government. Soft fruit growers seem to wield the most power and cheap seasonal labour seems to be the absolute priority. Ugandan pickers anyone?!
