Mini Digger oil location

Hi all , can anyone tell me were the oil cap / refill location is for my chinese mini digger .
I have done many oil change on cars but im confused as it is no so clear to me -- novis .
NM-E17
Engine LD 385 Diesel
Operation weight 1.7 ton
Date 2023 03

Rocker cover cap looks like the only place ,,normally you fill through the timing gear cover but you don't look to have anywhere on that engine

Thought they were sealed. Oil for life....

I didn't think they lasted long enough to need any oil?

Yes thats what i was thinking but i just looking for reasurance if that was the correct cap to open .
Still unsure .

The dipstick is only 8mm opening .

Unless it is to the left of the oil filter at the lower part of the cylinder block, behind the big black bracket, or whatever it is, then the cap with the breather attached on the rocker cover would be the filler. Is it a push or twist fit, because they surely don’t expect anyone to remove all those bolts around the cap?
Was there no book with at least pictures supplied with the digger? A maintenance schedule with probably 100 hour or no more than 150 hour oil change intervals showing the fill and drain points for engine, hydraulic and transmission?
