Any tips on how you mix and feed calf milk replacer consistently?

We mix in a Wyedale mixer, 4 scoops per bucket, feed to batches of five on 5-teat milk bars. Dusty job.

Looking for any ideas on how to speed the job up.

TIA

Had this for just over 2 years and makes the job alot easier. We also feed in pens of 5 with teat feeders and the shuttle pumps in the desired quantity.

I have a wydale trolley and heatwave so could be different to how your feeding?

Ihave a hanging digital weigh scales, measure the powder out in a small bucket. Tip my powder in as the water is filling and put my submersible pump into the wydale which mixes quite rapid and then bring to my desired total liters.

connect up to my heatwave machine and jobs done!
