Mixing cattle slurry with sheep close.

This is likely a question i cant get a definitive answer from but here goes. Due to such a wet winter i will be bringing ewes in soon and i havnt got enough slurry out some cow slats. So the ewes will be at the other side of a passage so 15 foot from the slats. Would this be safe to mix? I always take cattle off slats to pens and other sheds but i would struggle to move these 250 ewes that will be heavily pregnant. Christ knows when this will be happening but only space in slats for a month and ewes due 15th march.

I wouldn’t risk it, if you move the cattle out then why shouldn’t you move the ewes out, 15 ft away is nothing, you wouldnt stay 15ft away when mixing due to the risk of dying so why is it any different for sheep, not worth the risk.
