Mixit slurry stirrers any good?

Is the store the Deere’s stirring stainless?

Yep its an AD Plant by Weltec. They use stainless tanks. It's the tallest one I've done, 6.5 metres

Thats my Reck stirrer earlier on in the thread. If anyone is interested I could get some videos of it transporting and working. I used to have a modified/homemade Mix-it tower stirrer before which was OK and did me no harm at all. The mixit was quicker breaking through the crust but the reck has way more power and faster once going. It can kill a fendt 724. For us I needed a full spec telescopic machine with sideways movement for speed as we stir 100ish tanks a year.

I some photo's & a video would be nice

I was also wondering about a mix it stirrer for under a slatted tank. New to the slurry game, I have a tank 130 ft long 25 ft wide and 10 ft deep with central columns. Would a stirrer mix it as well as a pump type machine to then empty the tank with a vacuum tanker. There are mixing points at either end and 2 down the length of the tank. Seen the videos of the lagoons on mixits website quite impressive vortex.

I can supply you with a stirrer of any length upto 20ft, I cut the tube length to suit you requirements.
most of the underslat stirrers i have supplied have been 15ft.
It sounds as though you have good access so will have no trouble stirring your store from the two most convenient mixing points.
the minimum hole size is 3ft square. Impeller sizes - 80/120hp - 110/150hp
I expect you have seen the Facebook videos - yours would be a shorter version of those.

Chris
you might like to know we have now produced a 200hp impeller to fit on any of our Mixit drive tubes.
we recently delivered a 200hp one with a 2600 Walterscheid PTO and the contractor struggled to reach full rpm with his 230hp tractor.
we dont yet have enough feedback on this new shape HL3 impeller but it looks as though it will sort out some big stores with bad crust in less time and diesel.
there is a video of it working on facebook -
