Customer bought it from his supplier and asked me to fit it, its a MLT627 T ULTRA year 2007, any help would be grateful

Piece of cake.

clean axle, apply loctite to surface of axle and sensor (there is a special epoxy glue but loctite is fine)
tighten bolts evenly to 69nm (do not apply loctite to the bolts!)
run cable through to cab and plug in.

get some pallet forks and fert bags ready or a bucket and heap of something heavy.

level ground, machine running. in the back of the read out box there is a hole with a button in it, use a allen key or similar poking device to press and hold that button in till the unit beeps and the bottom half of the lights flash.

lift the boom right up in the air with nothing on the headstock not even pallet forks.
Press and hold the horn button on the front of the read out box till it beeps and the top half of the lights flash.

Pick up a load, boom out till the rear just starts to lift off the ground, boom back in approx 0.5 metre as a safety margin. press and hold the test button till it beeps and all the warning lights come on.

Thats it, just check calibration buy putting load down and picking up a couple times, if your not happy with the safety margin try calibration again.

finally Spray sensor with wax oil and fit cover over the top.
