What size groups mainly, what do you want from it? Size of ewes etc etc...

Basically the list is like this:
Rappa
Prattley (if you can get one)
Alligator
Scotpen
Others

We run about 350 sheep in total so we have batches from 40 sheep with lambs to 180 sheep with lambs mainly mules with a few pure texels. Wanting to be able to setup in fields to minimise bringing them across a busy road but also being able to set them up in our sheep building for times like clipping making life easier then drafting lambs off abs out of the way, using at scanning time. Cheers

I don't think you can beat a rappa yard. I have a 10 foot super with a double race and 48 hurdles, would be lost without it, I bought it second hand off LMS in Worcestershire and traded my very tired 10 year old prattley in for it. I bet I haven't lost any money on it because it isn't getting broken like the prattley did and that only lost me £500 in 10 years (what piece of farm kit can you say that about!).

I would recommend getting the specs on all of the ones you like. Only you know your sheep. Look at the ID and OD of the framing. Bigger ID will be better for the ewes that run. It will be more durable. Bigger OD will be heavier which is not nessecary a bad design. Just heavier. But not by much.

Any of them should save you time if that matters to you. Lets us know what you choose after you have worked with it a little bit.

I have a portayards made by landquip, and would be lost without it. The hurdles are solid at the top to stop ewe eye contact, and to stop dogs catching their legs jumping over them . They are also a bit taller than the rappa hurdles. Rappa is great stuff as well, just the gates are easier to get over if you’re a short arse !👍

I’ve found my second hand prattley to be very strong, a few rivets gone on the shedding race and that’s it.
