How much work and time to move it? How much is a new one? May be worth half new price? How many birds will it hold and how quick is the return on out lay? It don't really look anything big enough for a commercial contract?

There is one like that for sale local to me advertised as holding 1500 birds. Priced at £8,500.













It could even be that one I suppose.............

I went to look at a large free range unit using similar houses, by the looks, that size ran out about £20000 came with its own hopper etc, smaller sizes less, but seemed a lot, but birds were doing well.

Looks like a 500 bird unit. To buy new......£ 10k ?. Plastic floor slats, nestboxes, feeders, drinkers don't come cheap. Sold my 2000 bird ones for £15k each. Trouble is, value drops like a stone......

How do single skin poly tunnel hen houses deal with condensation? Or is it just accepted that during certain times of year there will be condensation?
