Moisture testing

Hi
We moisture test our grain using an old Marconi Meter.

It needs a ground sample to be accurate, so looking for a decent grinder to grind up barley for sampling.

We are setup permanently at the buildings so a small electric grinder is all that we need, any we've had never stand up very well.
Any recommendations?

I’ve always been told not to use an electric grinder as the heat it produces will change the moisture. I have a £15 hand coffee grinder from Amazon which works a treat,

We use an electric coffee grinder... heat not an issue unless you grind it for a long time.

Recommend hand grinder rather than electric.

This is mentioned in the manual and on some of the charts...

But each to his own.
